Return Policy

At howluckyami, we understand that sometimes your dream “finds” didn’t end up being all that dreamy for whatever the reason.

We are happy to accept returns and will issue store credit, for the item(s). Please review our full return policy below.

  • Returns are for store credit only! No refunds will be issued.
  • All Returns must be done within 10 days of the order receipt.
  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags still attached. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, you return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
  • Sale items, Flash Sale items and Final Sale items are non-returnable.
  • Damages that occur because of shipping must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise. Please contact or (941) 216-3113; Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. or Sunday Noon to 5 p.m. (EST) for assistance.

How do I exchange my merchandise?

We offer a simple options to send back your exchanged merchandise! Follow our easy steps for a hassle-free exchange.

  • Please review our return policy to be sure your item meets our requirements. Returns/Exchanges that do no meet requirements will NOT be accepted and additional postage will be paid to have the items returned to you.
  • Place unwanted merchandise in a shipping safe box or envelope (if it warrants) with the original invoice included.

Exchange Policy

How does the exchange process work?

If you would like to exchange the same item for a different size, please indicate what the new size should be, we will then issue you a refund back on your original payment form for that item(s) when your exchange is processed.

All other returns will be for store credit only.

  • Our inventory moves quickly, so we do recommend purchasing the new size now. Return the original size to us within 10 days and a refund on the first order will be given.
  • You may also return the unwanted size to us, note the exchange on your invoice, and we’ll ship the new one. A credit will be issued only if the item(s) is sold out.
  • You can also bring your item(s) in to the store to exchange it. You will need to bring your invoice with you to do any exchange in the store.

Please be aware that sale items are final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange. We are making room for new items in our shop.
